In 2002, after over two decades as a successful interior designer and executive of the Home Division at Barney’s New York in Beverly Hills, Steven decided to apply his experience in design and high level customer service to real estate. Real estate offered him the opportunity to pursue a direction he naturally had a keen passion and aptitude for.
Steven’s background in interior design allows him to assist sellers in staging and recommending improvements that maximize selling price to get sellers top dollar. In representing buyers, Steven is able to help clients envision a home’s potential to suit their individual needs.
As a Real Estate Broker, Steven’s understanding and proficiency with contracts makes him an authoritative negotiator for his clients. Steven is a powerful advocate and trusted resource that buyers and sellers rely on.
Steven has built a successful real estate practice characterized by long term relationships with buyers, sellers and developers, based on the highest standards of professionalism.
